CIRIA completes first phase of B£ST updates
CIRIA has completed the first phase of updating B£ST, their Benefits Estimation Tool – for valuing blue-green infrastructure.
They have updated the values, benefit categories which now includes Natural Flood Management. Along with these updates they have made B£ST easier to use and include the ability to make quicker, but coarser estimates.
The updated tool and guidance can be downloaded here for free!
The next stage of the work is to update B£ST to provide some Natural Capital accounting functionality.
